BBMP approved the sanctioned plan.

OC received.

An OC is nothing but an occupancy certificate. This certificate is a means of saying that the project is complete and is ready to be occupied. If the builder or developer is not providing an OC on the property, it is illegal for buyers to occupy the flat. The competent authorities can any time question the occupancy.
