To begin with, let me first tell you the difference between a developer and a contractor. A developer is the person wants to develop the property, either by purchasing the land or by entering in to a joint development agreement with the land lord.

 

The developer then goes on to hire an architect to design the structure. A civil engineer for technical understandings and a contractor to execute the work. A construction company in Bangalore will have all the professionals such as

1.      Civil engineer

2.      Structural engineer

3.      Architect

4.      Health and safety officers

5.      Labour officer/contractor

6.      Material in-charge

7.      Transport in-charge

9.      General managers and so on…

 

So, all of these professionals at a large scale contribute to a construction company. They are basically the people who execute the construction of the project/building.,

 

Certain Developers have in house construction teams, such as Sobha developers. But at times even these companies hire third party contractors for fine execution of the work.

This way there are a few reputed construction companies in Bangalore, who are well known for delivering quality work when it comes to construction. They use good and standard steel, cement, hollow blocks etc for a strong and lasting structure.

 

On time delivery of the project is also a major concern for construction companies in Bangalore.
