I’d like to tell you that there are actually many ways you can buy a flat in Bangalore. To be precise you can buy it by appointing a broker for you. You Can buy it yourself by checking about the upcoming projects in the city. You can buy it by looking up details of upcoming projects in the various real estate online websites.

 

The process of buying an apartment is also not so difficult if you have found the right apartment that suits your choice and taste. There are basically 2 periods you can purchase a flat in Bangalore.

1.      During its construction

2.      After construction when it is ready to move in.

 

I would recommend looking into the documentation of the project and also check the developer or builder reputation. To be honest there are a lot of notorious people in the real estate market. To safe guard our interests I must check genuinely the reputation of the developer.

 

Once you have finalised on the flat, and everything is as per your requirement, the last step will be making the payment and signing the documents. There are documents such as the sale agreement and sale deeds that should be executed. Once that is done, you will require the necessary NOC’s for transfer of the KEB and BWSSB meters to your name.

 

Also be sure to get the OC of the project that will in turn help you in obtaining the Khata for your property. There are many projects coming up by developers such as SGR BuildTech in Bangalore, which have already received OC & approved by BBMP.

 

Once that is done, you must congratulate yourself, because you just became the owner of a brand new flat in Bangalore!!
