Do you regret buying property in Bangalore?

 

This seems to be a controversial question, yet I am sure many of us will have our own personal experiences with property buying in the city.

As far as my concern, I would say no! I do not regret buying a property in Bangalore. There are actually so many things to say about the city. Bangalore is by far the most sought-after city I’ve stayed in so far. Everything is available to everyone in the city.

There are many factors that influenced me into buying a property here in Bangalore. I have mentioned a few below.

 

1.      Bangalore weather. I must say it was a major influence for me to buy a flat in the city. After I got my job here, I was renting an apartment for over a year. Then had to shift my family with me, so the best option I had was to buy a ready to move in an apartment.

2.      People in Bangalore are friendly and not anti-social. Whoever have come across my life has always helped me and thought good of me.

3.      The options available and the number of projects coming up in Bangalore is quite high.

4.      There are many well-known developers in Bangalore. One of them is the GR group, with whom I have purchased a 2BHK flat.

5.      There actually many tax benefits if you purchase a ready to move in apartment.

6.      The amenities in the project and the people you surround yourself with the help you to improve your lifestyle.

      7.  Because of the flat I purchased is in the city, everything I want is a stone’s throw away!
